Yes. BeadsGuy operates globally. Consulting and Technologies engagements are fully remote-capable and we have delivered work across 12+ countries. Photography sessions require travel coordination for locations outside Dallas - we are happy to discuss logistics and travel arrangements for the right project.

Engagements vary by scope. A focused strategy sprint runs 4–8 weeks. Full strategic advisory retainers typically run 3–6 months with monthly touchpoints. We structure each engagement to match your actual needs - we do not sell fixed-length packages for the sake of it.

Yes. Many clients continue with an ongoing advisory arrangement after the initial engagement. This typically takes the form of monthly strategy sessions and on-demand availability for high-stakes decisions. Details are agreed at the start of the engagement.

Our default stack is React / Next.js for web, React Native for mobile, Node.js or Python for backend, and cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP. We are framework-agnostic when you have an existing codebase - we adapt to what makes sense for your project, not what is familiar to us.

Both. MVP builds are one of our core offerings - we can take a validated concept to working software in 6–10 weeks depending on scope. We also take on platform-scale projects, re-architectures, and ongoing product team augmentation. Every engagement starts with a discovery sprint to right-size the approach.

You do, completely. All intellectual property, source code, and assets developed under a client engagement are transferred in full at project completion. We hand off documentation, credentials, and access as standard practice. We build things you can own and operate independently.

For portrait and lifestyle sessions, 1–2 weeks is usually sufficient. For events, 3–4 weeks is recommended to allow for proper pre-shoot planning. Commercial campaigns and multi-day productions should be booked 4–6 weeks out minimum. Check availability by booking a discovery call.

Standard delivery is within 7–14 business days after the shoot date. Rush delivery (3–5 days) is available for an additional fee. Commercial and campaign deliverables are scoped per project. Delivery timelines are confirmed in your booking agreement.

Personal use rights are included with all sessions. Commercial usage rights (advertising, product packaging, brand campaigns) are licensed separately and priced based on usage scope and duration. We will walk you through licensing options before your shoot. All photographs remain the copyright of Slim / BeadsGuy LLC unless a full copyright transfer is negotiated.
